Key Responsibilities: Attend to all enquiries from clients Communicate with clients to identify the details of the homes the customers intend to sell Understand the from the clients the new homes they wish to purchase Maintaining customer records in Homexchange’s CRM Explain the company’s service to the clients Handle all clients in a very professional and courteous manner Be aware of all internal policies and processes Minimum Requirements: Should have good communication skills – English, Hindi Attention to detail and ability to maintain integrity Experience in Real Estate preferred but we are open to evaluate freshers or candidates from other industries
