Responsibilities : • Candidates should have experience of Technical Support - Team Handling/Sales/KPIs. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels. • Give timely and real time feedback with a view towards improving Operational and individual efficiency • Knowledge of operational process, logical thinking, reporting and analysis. • Provide feedback, training session’s ad other team development exercise. Requirements : • Proven 1 year work experience as a Technical Support Team Leader for an International BPO (on Paper) • Minimum Qualification : HSC • Must possess strong communication, interpersonal, Sales experience and influencing skills. • Should have handled a team of 15-20 FTEs.
