Delivery associate shall be well groomed and shall follow Client’s code of conduct. Delivery associate shall not be involved in political or union activities whatsoever. 2. Delivery associate will use Client’s technology platform including delivery app. Onboarding will be done as per the requirement of the Client. 3. Delivery associates shall use inventory provided by Client at all times. It includes uniform, delivery bags, ID card etc. 4. The Service Provider hereby acknowledges that the delivery associate shall act as and remain the custodian of the shipments till the same are delivered at the places desired by the Client. 5. The Service Provider hereby acknowledges that name and details of candidate sourced, will be entered in the Client LMS (C-Panel), failing which, the Service Provider loses the right to raise invoice against such candidates and no further communication will be entertained on the same.
