Designation - Medical Officer Qualification - MBBS must and preferably with Hospital / Healthcare Management. Job role Be the medical in-charge during any chemotherapy procedure. Coordinating with the treating Oncologist and understand the patient’s medical condition before scheduling the chemo procedure. Assigning the right nurse and taking care of other logistics (medicines, devices, consumables, etc) for each chemotherapy procedure. Ensuring that proper protocols are followed by the nursing home and by the nursing team. Ensuring that all safety and standards are been followed from a medico-legal aspect. Working on improvement of the treatment procedure and enhancing the quality of care for the patient. Devising proper quality standards and medical protocols for the organisation. Skill - set: Knowledge and experience of emergency medicines. Knowledge and experience of handling ICU set-up. Knowledge and experience of Advanced Life Savings skills. The job requires travelling within Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai across all chemotherapy daycare centers of PurpleRibbon wherever a chemo is scheduled. Head Office of PurpleRibbon is located in Thane. Compensation & other benefits - Remuneration - 5-6 lacs per annum Performance linked bonus. Will be covered under Indemnity Insurance by PurpleRibbon. Medical Insurance. Will be eligible for ESOP after completion of 1 year.
