Responsibilities of candidate includes: 1. Preparation of Electrical Load Details, Sizing of the transformer, DG set, UPS, Earthing conductor, Selection of Resing mains, Short circuit calculation, etc. 2. Preparation of single line diagram, short circuit calculation, voltage drop, Cable schedule, earthing, lighting, cable tray, and trench layout. 3. Preparation of electrical equipment, material specifications. 4. Designing and Preparation of SLD and layout drawings for FA, PAVA, CCTV, Data, Voice, Security Systems 5. Preparation of BOQ for all the above systems 6. Adhere to best practices for documentation and version control. 7. Perform lighting calculation using Dialux. 8. Review technical drafts, SLD, specifications, etc. as needed according to verbal or written instructions from project managers, engineering team, and clients. 9. Technical assistance to the tender department for tendering. 10. Familiar with National and International Codes and Standards. 11. Co-ordinate with Developer, Client, Archtect & Machanical, Plumbing & firefighting Consultant/ Desighner. B. Plumbing, FF and HVAC 1. Must have basic knowledge of all systems 2. Coordination for designing of Plumbing, FF and HVAC systems C. ISO 1. Implement ISO procedures at the site. 2. Conduct internal ISO audit. 3. Periodical visit at the site for Quality check. 4. Assist external ISO audit.
