Job Description – Performs various duties depending on circumstances and current company needs• Installing the Software on the Motherboard Chips• Assembling a Weighing Scale from ground up• Doing the required software settings once the Weighing scales are assembled• Making sure that all the weighing scales comply with the necessary regulations• Once the Weighing Scale comes for repairing, filling out the necessary forms and giving it to the customer• Debugging the weighing scale as per the company guidelines and timelines •Informing the customer through email/phone about the problem in the Weighing scales and giving him the estimated cost of repairs• Once the customer confirms, repair the weighing scale and test it as per the company guidelines• Inform the customer that the scale has been repaired and collect it• Once the customer comes to collect the scale, check the scale in front of him, and explain him about the warranty clauses that come with the components that are replaces• Sell all the scrap that has accumulated because of repairing activities• Maintain the stock of the components that are being used. Important Points 1-Put the date of Replacement on all items that are being replaced. 2-Give Customer a warranty card for all components that are covered under warranty Candidate should have knowledge of Shouldering.
