Job description Responsibilities Proper handling of all incoming and out-going calls and to attend the visitors. Handling and scheduling Meetings, Travel arrangements for the Directors & Managers. Maintaining Office cleanliness, timely maintenance of office equipments. Develop and Maintain a Filing system. End to End recruitment which involves preparing job description, calling, interview and scheduling the meetings for the management. Any other work that will be imparted by the management from time to time. Requirements Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role. Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems (ERP software)- Preferable. Working knowledge of office equipment. Thorough understanding of office management procedures.
