Dermashrine is looking for candidates for a Front Office Profile. The duties include: 1. Greeting clients, offering refreshments. 2. Calling leads and asking about their queries, letting them know of the services we offer. 3. Scheduling appointments, following-up with patients incase they have any concerns, confirming future appointments. 4. Prepping the room before treatments (details will be provided) 5. Managing the inventory and letting the doctor know when to replenish the stock. 6. Keeping track of the sales made and logging them in the excel sheet (format is provided, just have to type it in) 7. Keeping track of the petty cash, and maintaining clear records of the same (format is provided, just have to type it in) 8. Filing the bills and reminding about unpaid dues. 9. Any other secretarial duties. 10. Making social media and promotional posts via Canva. Candidates based in Bandra West/Khar West will be given preference, must be fluent in English.
