A. Job Description: HR – Statutory Compliance B. Responsibilities of the HR – Statutory Compliance is to ensure as below: 1. Knowledge and experience in Labour Laws: Provident Fund Act, ESI Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of wages Act, Maternity Act, Bonus Act, Shop, Act, Factories Act, Employment Exchange Act, Contract labour Act , Payment of gratuity Act. ETC. 2. To Make sure the organisation is complying as per state labour laws 3. .Liaising with various departments and authorities. 4. Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual returns as applicable under statutory compliance. 5. Conducting audit as per the state acts and publishing the compliance report. 6. Preparing statutory registers state wide under all applicable labour laws 7. Applying licenses under labour Act throughout PAN India like Shop Registration,Trade license, CLRA License, maintaining records in electronic format exemption certificate, etc. 8. Ensure the inputs reaches the Manager on time in way of MIS. 9. Statutory Compliance Activities on PAN India for various locations & our sites in respect of compliance activity end to end. 10. Assumes other responsibilities as assigned by the Vice President HR C. Additionally: 1. Good communication skills 2. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). D. Education : Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree A minimum of four years of experience in Statutory Compliance
