What would you do? Meaningful Conversation: Being a People Lead, people conversations are essential for building trust, fostering development, and maintaining a positive team environment: • Roll-On and Roll-Off Coordinator: As the Roll-On and Roll-Off Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the seamless integration of new joiners (Roll-On) and the smooth and secure transition for leavers (Roll-Off) within the organization. This role ensures that both processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with guidelines. • Performance Review: Performance review is essential for assessing and fostering team growth with proper communication which helps drive better meaning conversation and connectedness with the team members Team Engagement: Organize team outings to provide a break from the routine. Whether it s a fun activity or a team-building exercise, outings allow team members to recharge and return to work with renewed energy and focus. Encourage a healthy work-life balance by incorporating regular outings or social activities. These events promote mental well-being, stress relief, and better work-life integration • Retention and Alerts: Retention alerts and conversations are critical for identifying and addressing potential issues that could lead to team member turnover • Trainings: Create a culture of proactive learning by ensuring all mandatory trainings are completed well before their due date. This will help avoid last-minute rushes and ensure compliance is met seamlessly, reducing potential risks on being non-compliant. Emphasize the importance of timely completion to prevent Work Allocation: Work allocation refers to distributing tasks or responsibilities fairly among team members, ensuring that work is completed on time and aligns with agreed SLAs. You will oversee workload distribution, ensure tasks are assigned effectively, and manage the overall performance of the team • Capacity Planning: Capacity planning ensures that the team has enough resources (time, skills, manpower) to meet the workload. You will need to estimate the team’s overall capacity and plan tasks to ensure they are achievable without overwhelming anyone
What are we looking for? 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources Operations (HRO), with expertise in Workplace Benefits Administration (WBA), Compensation Management, and Performance Management • Solid knowledge of HR policies • Proficiency in Oracle HRMS or similar HR systems is highly preferred • Experience in managing teams and running operations for a client/service for 1 – 3 years • Experience with Payroll processing and compliance is a plus Hand-on Knowledge of HRMS (SAP, Workday, Oracle) is required
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
