JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: He / She will be responsible to set high standards in the Hiring & Talent Management Interview & select candidates for roles at Supervisory and Van Sort Associate category Support the Hiring Team for smooth onboarding with high volumetric hiring Review the Manpower requirements of the Centers & take proactive measures in hiring Ensuring the Centers adhere the best practices on Induction & Orientation Sensitizing the new hires on the HR policies & Processes Identifying & developing associates for Front Line Leader roles Coach the Supervisors / Associates on the Team Management Skills Take proactive measures to control attrition He / She will be the at the forefront on the Employee Relations aspect by:- Resolving the escalations through Grievance redressal Channel within 100% TAT Regular 1-1 connect & analyze inputs to draw a trend Draw Feedback from the associates through Open-Houses Driving the Quarterly “Focus Group Discussions” along with the ER team Will be the Primary POC of all the employee escalations with a high bias for action to resolve Drive the Disciplinary Mechanism on all the Misconduct / Disciplinary cases Ensure that the absenteeism is <10% daily through proactive disciplinary measures Should be able to build strong connect with associates, forecast & suggest ER scenario Responsible to drive the below Employee Engagement Activities:- Briefing associates on Welfare / HR Initiatives Monthly Birthday Round Table celebrations Planning & conducting R&R events Devise new ideas to conduct engagement/fun activities at the site Work on Mechanisms for hearing out to employee voice – VOA, FGDs etc. Going extra mile during peak/contingency situations to ensure superior customer experience internally and externally He / She will operate across a series of HR Operations related matters:- Ensuring that the Physical Presence of Associates is >90% on all days through effective mechanisms built & driven at Center Level Will be responsible to lead & initiate actions to ensure smooth Transfers / Exits / Promotions / Contract Renewals / Terminations Maintain the hygiene of the HRIS data at all times to 100% Ensure that the daily attendance approvals are 100% done by the Supervisors Adhere to mechanism of auditing the associate rosters made by Ops to meet 100% accuracy Support the Central Team on the Payroll Calendar actions Please forward maximum friends cricel and job groups
