Instrumentation Engg. with 3-5 years of work Exp Preparation of instrument index, datasheets, specifications sheets, I/O list, instrument loop drawing of Flow, temperature, level, pressure gauges & transmitters, control valves, etc. Selection of field instruments like control valves, flow meters, solenoid valves, and Temp. sensors & transmitters etc. Reading P&ID, loops segregation from P&ID. Preparation of instrument loop drawings, and hook-up drawings. Preparation of instrument layout, Instrument air distribution layouts, JB layout & plant lighting layout. Preparation of junction box & cable schedule. Preparation of cable tray support & cable tray layout. Preparation & selection of bill of material for control & instrumentation equipment. Selection of electrical/instrument cables, cable tray, instrument fittings, PLC/ DCS wiring, SCADA & drawing review. Well familiar with codes, standards, specifications, etc. Technical interaction with instrument suppliers.
