In this role, you will interact with prospective customers one-on-one on a daily basis, addressing concerns and fielding questions. Responsibilities  Manage large amounts of outbound calls (for US) based clients.  Identify prospective customers for the legal accounts.  Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.  Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.  Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.  Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.  Take the extra mile to engage customers.  Provide and manage reports / data.
