Profile: Sales Support to the Americas Region – Mobility, Voice & SDN-IOT Services Job Location: Mumbai Main Role / Responsibilities:  Generating customer pricing, reports and assist the Americas sales team with customer and vendor projects  Review vendor offers and highlight opportunities  Enter special pricing requests in Mainframe Voice Management System  Generate pricing to the regional customers  Monitor and analyze traffic reports for assigned customer  Monitor, analyze and report on bilateral swaps within the region  Follow up with NOC on customer trouble tickets  Work and follow up with routing team on regional routing requests  Coordinating with finance team for receivables / payables  Sending the customers the invoice, rate offers separately issued by Sales, handling faults & escalations  Pro-forma invoice to be issued on customer’s demand for their payment purpose /accounting purpose  Getting monthly generated invoices from Finance Department and then send to customers Qualifications • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales administrator/assistant[preferably in the Telecom Sector] • Strong written and oral communication skills in English • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office[Excel, Outlook] • Graduation. Additional qualification is a plus • Ability to think, work and act independently with minimal supervision • Strong interpersonal and team oriented skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues from diverse ethnic and linguistic backgrounds • Demonstrates initiative and organization • Ability to multi-task in a very fluid work environment CTC to be offered: upto 850000 PA Joining: As soon as possible
