We are looking for an individual with 2 to 3 years of experience in organizing and managing healthcare educational activities such as CME (continuing medical education) events in a healthcare/ hospital setting. This job requires the Medical Programs Manager to coordinate between external and internal stakeholders to clearly understand CME and logistics requirement, define the execution strategy, manage budget, ensure schedule is being followed and be responsible to ensure a successful CME program or similar activity. Key skills: • Individual should have good communication skills to clearly understand client (Pharma/ Med Device product managers etc) requirement and then define execution strategy and budget spend with seniors. • Develop and build program schedules, engage external stakeholders (expert medical speakers, key opinion leaders, hospitals marketing managers etc), maintain quality in every program, accountable to execute within budget commitment. • Orchestrates program with internal and external teams/ stakeholders and vendors etc to ensure success in creating the event, obtain approvals and consents in timely manner, execute marketing with marketing team to create the reach with end users, conduct online drill sessions and ensure smooth execution. • Manage and support events of platform (Online and offline), should be able to draft medical content, prepare reports in excel, word and PPT • Interact through program updates and reviews with all functions and levels of management ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders. • Maximize business results through continuous improvement in the organization's ability to execute programs from identification through implementation.
