Call logging in the system/ Trouble Shooting / Call updating & Closure. 3. Escalation of open calls with Hughes Comtel India Pvt Ltd and information to the customer via email, Phone 4. SMS as per the escalation charts built up and circulated by HCIPL from time to time. 5. Daily/Weekly/Monthly Analysis reports as decided by HCIPL. 6. Service Provider will be responsible to ensure uninterrupted services performances are not satisfactory at any customer location, Service Provider will take immediate appropriate steps to improve the performance at the said location.
