1. Adept at managing administrative activities in terms of House Keeping, Food & Beverage, Stationery, Safety, Security, Dispatch, Pantry & Vendors. 2. Ensure planning and execution of preparations for smooth operations. 3. Prepare daily, weekly, Fortnight, monthly records & SOP`s, checklists for operations and also take same from the housekeeping staff 4. Budgeting and cost control measures, Monitoring Budget 5. Ensure zero issues in office operations & maintenance 6. Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment’s, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc., 7. Vendor management- Oversee acquisition, installation and commissioning of equipment’s that are required for the facility – IT Systems, air conditioning etc. 8. Asset Management and log maintenance 9. Maintain utility bills and take follow-ups and required action for the same 10. Assisting in Event Management, organising meetings, conferences 11. Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees. 12. Processes, Documentation, Business Control checks, audits etc. 13. Co-ordinate and Co-operate with all employees. 14. Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities. 15.
