- Job Responsibilities: o Preparing and sorting documents for data entry o Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted o Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents o Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan o Responding to information requests from authorised members o Dealing with email enquiries o Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.) o General office management such as ordering stationary organising travel and accommodation for staff. o Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management - Job Requirements: o Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office (formal computer training may be advantageous in progressing in this career) o Attention to detail o Knowledge of grammar and punctuation o Ability to work to time constraints o Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision o Customer-service oriented o Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
