Responsibilities of candidates include:Post :- Accountant & Office Admin ( Female ) 1 Role and Responsibilities: Support Co-ordinator: 1. Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance & commercial. 2. Responsible for logging tickets/calls, monitoring calls, assigning call to respective customer support engineer. 3. Follow up with clients, support engineers, managers and vendors for pending calls. 4. Encourage users to provide feedbacks Admin: 1. Commercial Proposal , Invoice & Documentation Of Daily Activity 2. Daily Reporting to Management 3. Maintationing Paty Cash & Bank Payments: From 8500.00 to 12500.00 per month & Train pass Important Note : Candidate must had both Covid vaccination completed.
