Responsibilities: Responsible for onboarding the vendors by understanding the requirements and providing optimum solutions and share best practices with them. Provide product training to vendors and coordinate/escalate unresolved issues with the help of internal teams. Answer Inbound/Outbound Calls Professionally, provide information about products and services and obtain details of complaints the customers. Resolve vendor grievances in a time-bound manner Prepare weekly reports on progress and identify process improvements Agreement signing and KYC verification. Requirements: Strong knowledge about the Automobile Industry. Tech-savvy and a fast learner Excellent communication skills and customer service skills. Capable of working with different teams.
