Job Description

Key Areas: - Responsible person should have experience or knowledge of #Spine Software( Payroll). 1. Planning & organizing of monthly payroll activities & Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely in #Spine Payroll. 2. Check and Reconcile Payroll Register and then posting necessary entries in System. 3. Processing employees benefit payments with high accuracy and timeliness. 4. Preparing all payroll related schedules on a monthly basis - both P&L and Balance Sheet. 5. Compiling all statutory liabilities such as PF/ESIC/LWF/PT on a monthly basis. 6. Ensuring proper income tax computing & IT deduction from salary 7. Timely submission of Quarterly TDS Return and Annually TDS Return. 8. Processing employee reimbursement claims accordance with company policy and making payment on weekly basis. 9. Develop a Client-wise SOP on payroll processing, and set Maker-Checker Policy to avoid error in salary processing 10. Co-ordinating with Central and regional accounting and HR teams and submission of required information on a timely basis. 11. Assisting Internal and external audits. 12. Assisting monthly MIS activities. 13. Perform other ad hoc duties as and when required.
