JD FOR PLACEMENT MANAGER As the placement manager, you will coordinate the placements of the students enrolled for the job guarantee programs. You will lead a team of executives who coordinate with candidates and companies to arrange interviews for the candidates. Along with the team you will identify new companies to place the candidates. You will conduct grooming sessions for the students and ensure that these candidates are ready for the interviews. Ideal candidate would have previous experience in recruitment services or placement activity for institutes. Person must be target oriented with good communications skills.
