Tech/B.E. in Civil Experience : Total work exp.7-10 years out of that Management exp.5 years. Salary : 70-90K Industry:Construction Responsibilities 1. Manage and oversee work at the site, coordinating site activities. 2. Oversee and provide direction to general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors when doing groundwork ensuring quality standards are met Liaise between Consultants, architects, and others working on the project 3. Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, timetables, and resources 4. Proactively identify, mitigate, and track recurring construction issues Adhere to legal regulations, building and safety codes, and other requirements. 5. Directly interact with QS & Planning Engineer for preparing schedules, estimates, and Costing. Must have experience in Residential Apartments. 6. Execution level knowledge in MEP work. 7. Good in Communication Should have handled at least two 10 Storied Residential Apartment Building from start to finish. 8. Responsible for entire construction activities with safety and quality consciousness. Skills: 1. Experience required 7-10 Yrs in High Rise Residential. 2. Should have experience in the completion of 2-3 projects from start to finish. 3. PMC Experience will be an added advantage 4. Must have experience preparing for MIS. 5. Computer Literate/Proactive in learning new software.
