Job Description for Quality Manager : We are looking out for candidate from Food Manufacturing Industry 1 To set specifications for raw material, packaging material & finished products; internally 2 To incorporate regulatory & statutory requirements and customer requirements in internal specification 3 To co-ordinate and implement services like, Calibration of machines from external agency, weights & measures calibration from government dept., pest control services, etc. 4 To plan and conduct the internal audit; followed by Management review meeting 5 To look after the customer audits from customers like; Wal-Mart, Future group, Tesco India, Exporters, Kobe-Bussan, etc. 6 To provide the customers with required documents relating product specification, processes, compliances, etc. 7 To co-ordinate for Legal compliances like; ISO 22000, FSSAI, Legal Metrology, etc. Sensory Analysis 8 To create sensory analysis team 9 To set sensory specification for the finished products 10 To co-ordinate with team and carry out the analysis 11 To analyse the reports of the analysis and present them to the management & Supplier Evaluation. 12 To search for the supplier. 13 To select the supplier for final supply. 14 To prepare Master cleaning schedule with the help of House-keeping team. 15 To prepare, implement & measure the effectiveness of Inspection & sampling plan for raw material, packaging material, in-process & finished products. 16 To create a HACCP team. 17 To carry out the HACCP process with the help of team. 18 To analyse the CCPs [Critical control point] and incorporate them in the process 19 To handle the customer complaints 20 To incorporate the corrective actions of customer complaint in the process 21 To prepare Master maintenance schedule with the help of Maintenance team 22 To train workers for machine operation & its effectiveness for better results with the help of Production supervisor 23 To prepare SOPs [Standard operating procedures] for departments as well as processes & machines with the help of HR department 24 To prepare work instructions for machines & equipment's.
