Position : QC Head Location : Wada Hamarapur Qualification: BSc – Chemistry/ MSc (Chemistry) or relevant field Experience: 8 years –10 years Salary: 04.50 – 05.00 L Job Profile: Arrange and monitoring of all QC Lab operations. Support QC functions related to GXP activities. Preparation / Review of Specification, STP, Worksheet and SOPs Review and approve certificates of analysis received Review and approve deviations related to QC activities Review OOS and OOT Investigations Procurement of QC Glassware’s, Chemicals and Accessories. Review raw materials and in-process and finished product specifications (purchasing, release and stability) Perform and Monitor Stability study. Preparation of summary sheet. Monitoring of Calibration, PPM, and Qualification Activities. Training to all QC Chemist. Monitoring of Safety guidelines. Perform trend analysis of testing data to establish purchasing and release specifications for in-process and finished product To maintain QC lab update and ready for Inspection. Reviewing and approving method transfer and method validation protocols and reports Skills: Minimum ten years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. A minimum of five years of QC laboratory experience Bachelor or Master degree in life sciences, preferably chemistry Experience in regulatory inspections Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience performing oversight and audits of laboratories Experience reviewing and approving raw data, test results and Certificates of Analysis for raw materials, drug product intermediates and final product. Experience reviewing and approving method transfer and method validation protocols and reports Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods Good knowledge of MS Office and databases Outstanding communication skills Great attention to detail and a results driven approach In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Reliable and Trustworthy Company Profile : We are a pharma company
