Major Responsibilities: • Develop the sourcing plan and deploy recruitment plan, ensuring 100% manpower capacity for all functions. Ensuring hiring within agreed TAT at Junior level & Managerial levels. • New joiner on-boarding implementation; track & monitor deliverable improvise on the new joiner on-boarding experience. Ensure induction for all new joiners • Maximize employee participation in Organization wide L&D initiatives in consultation with business leaders • Understand the pulse of the Organization through connecting with employees & managers at the zone • Plan, prepare and implement employee engagement calendar ensure each and every employee is touch-based at least once in a quarter • Drive performance review cycles • Drive employee’s participation in key engagement events • Strategy & Organizational design & Succession planning • Responsible for Salary & expense disbursement • Stake Holder Management • Employee grievance handling • Prepare monthly HR reports • 30% Talent Acquisition & 70 % Generalist.
