Based on the analysis of the sales data, provide inputs for overall business plan. • Assist the collection team in cases of recovery to ensure there are no NPAs or they are maintained to the minimum • Graduation Essential. • At least 2-3 yrs of experience in bank or NBFC, in handling Home Loan/Mortgage sales. Experience and thorough knowledge in handling sales in affordable segment is essential. Competencies required: • Having penchant for and thorough knowledge of affordable home-loan business. • Dynamic and self-motivated to handle large team to mobilize correct resources. • High energy professional with strong selling skills. • Having demonstrated strong skills in decision making and managing/executing multiple tasks at a time.
