Oversee the process of Forms & Invoices to make sure they are filled out accurately for payments. 2. Ensure Supplier/Vendor information complies with regulations. 3. Responsible for purchasing & processing of orders within timeframe 4. Generating Supplier leeds & converting them using skills 5. Quality checking of Diamonds, during the purchase process 6. Negotiate with Suppliers to reach target price, to make sure orders are cleared at right price. 7. Manage timely Receipt of Supplies & managing payments on time. 8. Answering the queries of supplier's and walking them through Signup & Inventory upload process 9. Provide a Level of Service to the Supplier's. 10. Develop, Execute and Distribute routine and Ad-Hoc Reports from the vendor database 11. Ensure supplier are entered into the In-House Supplier Database and reviewed and approved prior to any doing business with supplier. Primary Responsibilities : '1. To plan, act and reach out to your assigned goals. 2. To inform management any significant development in the market in terms of new competition, new campaign by competition or any other relevant matter which is significant and important in nature. 3. To constantly be on the lookout for new business avenues and opportunities to increase the brand value. 4. Research and analyze how to grow 5. Manage relationships with key operations vendors 6. To plan and execute daily task. 7. Self-development - Updating of technical knowledge as and when required. 8. Taking care of below activities on regular basis: a.
