BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering We are looking for a Sales Engineer with Mechanical background. • Communication and negotiation skills. • Making outbound calls to potential customers • Developing new leads • Explaining product features and benefits • Creating and maintaining customer database • Understanding customer needs • Closing sales and achieving quotas Job Description: Sales Coordinator/Back Office Executive: 1. Work closely with the sales team to provide necessary support like Managing Lead, Quotation Making, Order Processing.Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance, Projects etc whenever needed.  2. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines. Inform clients/Internal Team of unforeseen delays or problems,Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements 3. Responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns,ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process 4. Experience in the preparation of quotations is mandatory, Efficiently allocate time to various tasks and responsibilities.Meet deadlines for sales-related tasks and initiatives 5. Accurate data entry and maintenance of customer records. Using Database for data entry and analysis of Key Customers. Keeping customer information up-to-date in the Database 6. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filling important documents (Vendor Registrataion, Bid Submission etc.) and communicating relevant information 7. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events with Marketing Team.  8. Ensure adherence to laws and policies   Requirements and skills   Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus; Good computer skills (MS Office) Other: Role: Sales Support & Operations - Other Industry Type: Industrial Equipments/Mach.
