JD-Sales Engineer - Mumbai & Pune Vision Earthcare SINE IIT Bombay is an innovation driven company which is deploying Nature Based Solutions globally using its portfolio of patented technologies to deliver outcome oriented solutions to solve some of the world's most pressing challenges in Wastewater, Soil Waste, Water, Air, Environment, Sustainability, Town planning, Chemical Process Development. Qualifications: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering. Other candidates are welcome but must demonstrate aptitude. Experience: Freshers or candidates 0-1 Years of prior experience in STP implementation EPC or Design firms or EHS dept of Industry of repute doing at least 40% of activities listed in Job Description. Selected Candidates will have to undertake a VEC technical assessment test given post selection. Skills Required: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in B2B Sales. Engineering / MBA (Sales and Marketing) Minimum Skills required - B2B Sales Experience in Water Resource Management Proficiency in English plus Local Language. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Should have Competency and skills required for Sales. Fast learner and passion for sales. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Should have Presenting and Sales Pitch Skills including PPT Knowledge. Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation. Candidate Qualities: Honesty, Trustworthiness, Speed, Collaborative Nature, Diplomacy, Attention to detail, Persistence, Diligence, Communications skills (3+ language spoken fluency is highly desired (3 of Hindi, English, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada Bengali). Driving licence of 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler is a huge advantage as the candidate is expected to travel to meet clients and other stakeholders. Candidate must have a Laptop. Job Description: (activities that is required to be done by candidate) Working rapidly through the Sales Funnel from building Client database to generating leads; follow through and closing orders along side Proposals Team Target to reach out to Institutions, Real Estate, Industries etc..to promote Waste Water Recycling Systems; Green STP / ETP Target to achieve 100 new connections in a month. Generating high-quality leads through emails, cold calling, walk-in, referrals, LinkedIn, etc. Arranging facility tour of VEC STP for Clients. Diligent documentation of enquiries generated at every stage of the sales process. Prepare techno commercial proposals based on data in consultation with VEC tech team Assist in execution of work orders Prepare PERT charts for executions, coordinate compliances of various kinds while execution Assist in O&M and training of operators and preparation of SOPs and O&M manual Troubleshoot problems Candidates must be willing to travel regularly to meet clients. Good MS office skills
