J.D For Sales & Marketing Executive • Setting sales goals and developing sales & marketing strategies. • Researching prospects and generating leads. • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person. • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. • Managing the sales process through specific software programs. • Managing Inventories and checking it with ERP & Physical Invetory with Warehouse Manager. • Building and maintaining a CRM database. • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Participating in sales team meetings • Conducting market research on competitors. • Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products. • Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies. • Maintaining client relations. • Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas. • Tracking data on business lost for the quotations sent to customers for what reasons and to whom the business has gone. • Creating and presenting sales performance reports. • Follow-up with Inspection Agency For Inspection of the materials • Followup with Laboratory for coordinating with Third Party Inspection Agency & Lab for Witness Call for Stamp Transfer & Witness Of Testing • Follow up with Lab for Lab Test Report • Followup with customer for arrangement / nomination of Logistics • Follow up with warehouse manager for dispatches. • Follow up with customers for Advance payments Or LC’s & Balance Payments. • Direct in-touch with promoters and updating the market situations related to pricing , availability of the categorised products with us and competitors as well steel plants.
