Responsibilities of candidates include:  Identifies sales revenue trends by client and portfolio  Calling over India Mart profile and identifying potential buyers, their product of interest, type, application, and its quantity.  Identifies new product and new client sales opportunities by industry sector and by state.  Documentation including quotation, Preform Invoice, mailing.  Processing the order to suitable vendor.  Ensure the sales team maintains a cost discipline in line with expectations  Updating material dispatch to consignee with docket details over mail and follow up with logistic team and consignee till the shipment is delivered.  Payment follow up after due date in case of credit Term.  Provide input into the development, implementation and monitoring of financial reporting and related systems  Create and maintain regular Dashboard reporting to Aadesh sir by end of day.  Undertake thought leadership; identify, manage and coach the team towards product knowledge.  Develops strong and effective working relationships with the client and timely reminders for repeat orders.  Commits to premium standards in everything. Uses quality measures & problem solving to improve process & service delivery.  Ensures compliance with relevant standards & procedures.  Establishes rapport easily. Develops long term relationships based on mutual trust & confidence. Builds & maintains effective working relationships with peers, team members & others  Cold Calling- Identifying and approaching Purchase managers or lead person for product sales.
