Project Role : Sales Origination PractitionerProject Role Description : Orchestrate and lead the entire origination process for a cross-client, cross service-group deal working with the CAL, the client team and relevant subject matter experts.

Summary:
As a Sales Origination Practitioner, a typical day involves orchestrating and leading the entire origination process for complex deals that span multiple clients and service groups. This role requires close collaboration with client account leaders, client teams, and various subject matter experts to ensure seamless coordination and alignment. The practitioner navigates through diverse stakeholder interests, manages timelines, and drives the deal from inception to execution, ensuring all parties are engaged and informed throughout the process. This dynamic environment demands adaptability, strategic thinking, and effective communication to successfully manage multifaceted origination activities.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead collaborative efforts to align cross-functional teams towards common goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of origination processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Solution Development.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing security frameworks tailored to client needs.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
- Experience in coordinating with diverse technical and business teams to deliver integrated security solutions.
- Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation strategies within security solution development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable security architectures.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Security Solution Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
