Job Responsibilities • Promote and sales of properties through Direct Sales&channel partner, Market assigned property to walk-in, existing or prospective clients. • Develop new channel partner, activate & guide about the projects and investment opportunities and ensure repeat/continuous business. • To Ensure Sourcing Business from Channel, references, and various traditional non-traditional BTL activities • To liaison and work closely with the site/project heads for various promotional offers for channel partners • Achieve monthly Individual sales goals &target& Team sales Target • Ensure MIS by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. • Participate in various property exhibition to generate lead. • Develop professional relationships or networks to develop & maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure continuous business. Desired Skills & Experience • 4-6 years’ Relevant experience in Real Estate sales & channel partner sales. • Previous sales experience and successful track record in identifying and building professional relationships to drive business. • Communication & interpersonal skills, client Relationship management, channel partner salespersuasion & negotiation skills are required. • Proven experience of min 2years in Channel Partner Management. Qualifications and Attributes • Graduate/ MBA in marketing with deep insight of Real estate sector, market, pricing and sales. • Passion and high energy for engaging and persuading clients. self initiative, vision and proven team building ability. Job Location • Vashi or Project Location (Karjat, Khopoli and Ulwe)
