Job Description

• Plan and deploy upgrades to fulfil compliance, security, or capacity requirements • Testing and implement of software solutions . • Work in close relationship with other IT teams to ensure client requirement and expectation are mutually agreed • Prepare accurate and timely reports • Follow Up with Client and provide support • Providing New AMC to the Client • Communicating through email and phone • Maintaining Consumables and support admin staff on product purchase and negotiation. • Telemarketing for software Desired skills: • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Intermediate level experience in handling Cisco IP telephony Network Infrastructure. • Basic Understanding of concepts: OSI and TCP/IP Model, VTP, STP, Ether channel, HSRP, Routing Protocols, etc. • Intermediate understanding of switching – VLAN, Voice VLAN, Inter Vlan routing, PoE etc.
