Junior Sales Associate

Job summary:

Sales coordinator is responsible for providing support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities and coordinating with various departments to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets. the role involves managing sales documentations tracking sales performance preparation of sales quotations.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services. Assists the sales team in preparing sales quotes.

Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating them to the sales manager when necessary.

Prepare the sales report, presentation, and analysis as required by the sales manager.

Coordinate with sales team for weekly meetings.

Provide regular updates to the sales manager on the progress of sales targets.

Maintain and update customer database, sales records and reports.

Monitor and track sales targets, quotas.

Qualification : Graduate in any Field.

Experience : 2 - 3 years of experience in sales or a similar role.

Skills : Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
