Job Description

We are looking for a responsible candidate to manage payment follow-ups and outstanding collections. The role involves regular coordination with clients and maintaining accurate records in Tally.


Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with customers for pending payments (calls & emails)
  • Maintain and track outstanding invoices in Tally
  • Coordinate with accounts and sales team for payment status
  • Ensure timely collections and update records regularly


Requirements:

  • Tally is mandatory
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Basic understanding of invoicing and accounts
  • MS Excel knowledge preferred
