Job Description
Job Title: Technical Support Executive (Blended – Call & Chat | AnyDesk)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide customer support via calls and chat, along with remote troubleshooting using AnyDesk. The role involves resolving technical issues efficiently while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls and chat (blended process)
- Provide remote technical support using AnyDesk
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Guide customers step-by-step to troubleshoot problems
- Install, configure, and update software remotely
- Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues when required
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computers, internet, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with AnyDesk or similar remote tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask between calls and chats
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach
Experience:
- 0–2 years in technical support / customer support (blended preferred)
Working Days : 6 Days in a week.
Shift : Day Shift
