Job Description

Company: Co-working office Space

5 days working

Work Timing: 10am - 6.30 pm

Salary budget: upto 40k per month + incentives


Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and negotiating new space requirements

• Liaising directly with clients during the negotiation process and keep them updated on outcomes and local market trends to ensure best possible outcomes are achieved

• Canvassing to create tenant opportunities and make recommendations to clients

• Liaising with other agents to obtain market information • Regularly conduct inspections, meetings and presentations with owners and clients.
