Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and chat queries
  • Resolve order-related issues like delivery delays, returns, exchanges, and refunds
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for dispatch and shipment updates
  • Track and follow up on open complaints till resolution
  • Collect and report common customer feedback to the team
  • Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional tone at all times


Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken + written)
  • Comfortable using a smartphone and basic computer/laptop
  • Patience and a problem-solving attitude
  • Familiarity with Amazon/Myntra buyer or seller side is a plus
