Job Description
We are hiring a computer-proficient Female Telecaller for SpaulTech. This is a work-from-home role ideal for someone with a technical background who can confidently communicate in English and Hindi over the phone.
What you'll do:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads for different campaigns
- Explain products/services clearly and handle objections
- Follow up with warm leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain lead records in CRM with accuracy
- Share daily call reports and conversion updates
What we're looking for:
- Graduate with a computer science / IT background (B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc IT
preferred) or Prior Experience in Software Development/Testing
- 3+ years of telesales, telecalling, or business development experience
- Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken + written)
- Comfortable with computers — CRM tools, email, WhatsApp Business
- Own laptop/desktop with headphone, stable internet and quiet workspace
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and reliable
Compensation: ₹1.5 – 2 Lakhs per annum
