We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Fitness Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding members in achieving their fitness goals through personalized workout plans, proper technique, and continuous motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customized workout programs based on client goals
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form to prevent injuries
• Monitor client progress and adjust training plans accordingly
• Provide guidance on basic nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
• Maintain a positive and motivating environment on the gym floor
• Assist members with equipment usage and general queries
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained

Requirements:

• Certified Fitness Trainer (mandatory) from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, ISSA, NASM, K11, etc.)
• Prior experience in personal training or gym floor management preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
• Ability to handle multiple clients and work flexible shifts

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Personal Training (PT) sales experience
• Knowledge of strength training, functional training, and weight loss programs
