Job Title: Senior Operations Manager – Franchise (Beauty Industry)

Location: Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi

Experience: 5–8 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of franchise salons/outlets
• Ensure smooth functioning and standardization across all franchise locations
• Monitor sales performance, revenue targets, and profitability of outlets
• Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer experience
• Coordinate with franchise owners and provide operational support
• Conduct regular audits, visits, and performance reviews of outlets
• Ensure brand guidelines, SOPs, and service quality are maintained
• Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor coordination
• Train and guide salon staff on operations, customer service, and processes
• Resolve operational issues and customer complaints effectively

Qualification:

• Graduate / MBA in Operations, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in Beauty/Salon/Retail industry preferred
