Job Description
- Experience in GST, billing, and accounting; proficiency in Tally ERP
- Maintain financial records, prepare reports, and perform data entry
- Go through the employee's timesheet and calculate the total effort man-days/hours Monthly task
- Enter the total effort hours in the accounting system Monthly task
- Enter the bill rate for each employee in the accounting system Need to update in the system whenever we receive the PO/SOW from the clients
- Generate invoice through the accounting system Monthly Task
- Communicate with clients and contingents
- Communicate with India HR & Accounting Team on a daily basis Daily task
- Need to inform India HR Team immediately if there is any issue find in any employee s timesheet Monthly task
- Update the Employee records on a weekly basis and share with India HR team
- Maintain daily income/expenses record
- Petty Cash Record etc. Must Have the Following Skills:
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skill
- Can work under the pressure
- B. Com background must Good to Have the Following Skills:
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of Tally Immediate Joiners are preferred.
