Job Title: Office Assistant (Admin cum Driver)

Job Overview:


We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Assistant (Admin cum Driver) to support day to day administrative operations and provide driving assistance to the EA & CEO. The candidate should be well-organized, trustworthy, and familiar with local routes.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:


1) Stock & Inventory Coordination: Manage and track office stock, maintain records, and ensure timely replenishment.

2) Logistics & Parcel Handling: Receive, dispatch, and coordinate parcels/couriers efficiently.

3) Driving Support: Safely drive four-wheeler/two-wheeler as required for official purposes, including supporting EA & CEO.

4) Administrative Support: Assist in office upkeep, basic documentation, and coordination for day-to-day admin activities.


Eligibility Criteria:

Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license (mandatory)

Police verification is compulsory

Basic understanding of administrative tasks

Familiarity with local routes and areas

Responsible, punctual, and disciplined


Preferred Skills:

Good communication skills

Basic record-keeping ability

Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
