We are hiring Relationship Officer for MSME Loan / LAP (Loan Against Property) / Housing Loan sales.
Responsibilities:
- Field sales through direct market sourcing (DMS) for MSME / LAP / Housing Loan.
- Identify and acquire new customers as per sales targets.
- Explain loan products and guide customers through the loan process.
- Handle loan documentation and application processing.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and maintain proper credit discipline.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in MSME Loan / LAP / Housing Loan sales.
- Graduation mandatory (any stream).
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Age limit: Up to 30 years.
- CIBIL score 700+ required.
