Job Description

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Telesales Executive who can generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-ups. The role involves pitching our haircare & skincare products, converting leads, and building strong customer relationships.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls to potential customers from provided data
  • Explain and pitch BioSolutions products & ongoing offers
  • Convert leads into confirmed sales/orders
  • Follow up with interested and existing customers
  • Handle customer queries and objections confidently
  • Maintain and update lead records and call status
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with dispatch/operations team for order processing
