We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Telecaller cum Computer Operator to support our administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth internal processes, maintaining records, and assisting various departments with data management and coordination tasks. Candidate must be well versed with Excel, Calls to Officers, Proper MIS, and Sending Email to client & follow-ups.


๐Ÿ“Œ Key Responsibilities


  • ๐Ÿ“‚ Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases.
  • ๐Ÿงพ Documentation: Prepare, organize, and manage documents, reports, and records.
  • ๐Ÿ“ž Calling Coordination with External & Internal: Collaborate with front office staff and other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
  • ๐Ÿ“ง Email & Communication Handling: Respond to internal emails and route queries to appropriate departments.
  • ๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ File Management: Maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Reporting: Generate periodic reports โ€“ Daily, Fortnight, and Quarterly on operations, inventory, or other relevant metrics.
  • ๐Ÿ” Quality Checks: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.


๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • ๐ŸŽ“ Education: High school diploma or equivalent;
  • ๐Ÿ’ป Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • ๐Ÿง  Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • โฑ๏ธ Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • ๐Ÿค Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and support cross-functional teams.

  • Prior experience in a back office, administrative, or data entry role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or customer-focused environment.
  • If prior experience as Fresher Teacher and Experience Teacher can also apply to this job with or without experience will be considered.


Salary per month range between INR 15000 to INR 20000 based on candidate selection and experience.

Salary Date is 10th of every month from 1st to 31st.
