Job Description

We are hiring for a desk-based accounting role at our wholesale and retail hardware shop. We deal in more than 7,000 items, so the candidate should be organized, accurate, and comfortable handling daily accounting and billing work.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software
  • Comfortable using a laptop/computer
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Honest, responsible, and punctual

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily billing and invoicing
  • Purchase and sales entry
  • Stock and item management
  • Managing accounts receivable/payable
  • Basic reports in Excel
  • Data entry and record keeping
  • Supporting day-to-day office accounting work
