Job Description

Generate leads through various channels (calls, references, site visits, digital platforms)

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate options (plots, villas, commercial properties)

Conduct site visits and property presentations

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales

Handle end-to-end sales process from inquiry to closure

Coordinate with internal teams (legal, CRM, marketing) for smooth transactions

Maintain client database and update CRM regularly

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
